New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times (৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500).

A bonus is a benefit, not free cash. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated from the bonus may be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been completed.

5.2 General Conditions for Promotional Bonuses

• Multiple bonuses cannot be applied to a single deposit at the same time.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed after their expiry date.

5.3 VIP Program

tk444 has three VIP tiers for regular players — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers cashback on the weekly net loss: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. Cashback is calculated by deducting total winnings from total losses for that week. Any attempt to manipulate accounts to claim cashback will result in closure of the accounts involved.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

A confirmed bet or game round cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the round remains incomplete due to a technical error. In the case of a round interrupted by a technical issue, tk444 will make a decision in accordance with the game provider's guidelines.

In sports betting, if an obvious error in the odds (significantly incorrect odds) is identified, tk444 reserves the right to void the relevant bet, though this right will be exercised reasonably.

6.2 Match Results and Circumstances

Bet outcomes for cricket, football, or other sports events are determined based on the results of internationally recognised scoring bodies. If a match is abandoned or the scheduled overs are not completed, the relevant betting rules will apply.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Opening an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. If there is a remaining balance and the wagering requirements have been met, it will be returned according to the applicable rules.

8.2 Closure Initiated by the Platform

In cases of rule violation, fraudulent activity, or suspicious transactions, tk444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, a decision will be made after an investigation.

8.3 Inactive Accounts
